Grange Farm is situated just half a mile from the historic market town of Belper within the Derwent Valley Mills Heritage Site. Once famous for nail making, the town now boasts a wonderful array of boutique shops and was winner of the Great British High Street Award in 2014. There are many moutwatering restuarants, cafes and pubs that cater for all tastes in the surrounding areas and with the stunning landscapes on offer, the region is perfect for a day out or relaxing short break.

BELPER RIVER GARDENS
The unique river gardens offer a wide range of features for visitors from rowing boats, childrens play area and beautiful gardens bandstand with outdoor theatre and concerts in the summer. The gardens are situated on Matlock Road, Belper.

KEDLESTON HALL
The National Trust-run Kedleston Hall is a spectacular 18th Century mansion with an impressive collection of paintings, sculpture and furnishings. It also offers long and short walks in the surrounding parkland. www.nationaltrust.org.uk/kedleston-hall

DENBY POTTERY
Establisbed in the nearby town of Denby, the pottery has been making superior tableware for over two hundred years. Their visitor centre is open Mon-Sat 9-5.30 and 11-5 on Sunday. Visit www.denby.co.uk 

DERWENT VALLEY WALKS
The Derwent Valley Heritage Way is divided in to 10 sections which can be walked individually or linked together. For more information on routes visit the website at: www.nationalheritagecorridor.org.uk
